We are pleased to announce that, as a result of the approaches taken by the National Institute for Research and Development – ICI Bucharest, the profession of cybersecurity specialist for automated systems of command-control was introduced in the COR system, starting with 2nd of March 2021. The initiative is part of the Rocyran project, which consists in building, within ICI Bucharest, a cyber polygon with the aim of testing SCADA industrial control systems, as well as a specialized training for human resources specialized in cybersecurity.

The agreement was signed by Adrian-Victor Vevera, General Director of ICI Bucharest, and Ioannis Papaioannou, representative of Athena Study and Training.
