The National Institute for Research and Development in Informatics – ICI Bucharest is redefining how cultural heritage is preserved and shared in the digital era.
The National Institute for Research and Development in Informatics – ICI Bucharest, in collaboration with InfoCons, launched today, December 10, 2024, the first European project at a global level to raise awareness, educate and inform the market regarding the security and securing of visual concepts and beyond.
The new application, developed within the Digital Forensic Laboratory within ICI Bucharest, is addressed to both citizens and legal entities from the EU territory, as well as those from each continent, in order to increase the degree of acceptance of securing visual concepts and other related elements.
"ICI Bucharest has a clear mission to support digital transformation. Through this application, we bring closer to citizens and the business environment a useful and accessible tool, which facilitates not only the security of visual concepts but also other aspects of this spectrum.", said Adrian-Victor Vevera, General Director of ICI Bucharest.
The partnership with InfoCons adds an important dimension to this initiative, through the organization's expertise in consumer protection and promoting transparency.
"Intellectual property protection is a fundamental right in the digital age. Through this application, we want to offer real support to all those who need accurate information and practical solutions to protect their rights," said Sorin Mierlea, president of InfoCons.
