Overall objectives of the project

  • study in the field of applicability of the project and elaboration of technical norms;
  • elaboration of the experimental system.

Results

  • analysis report on the scope of the project: legal framework, European experience in the field, risks and vulnerabilities of Point of Sale systems, current state of use of electronic fiscal cash registers at national and international level, electronic fiscal devices used in Bulgaria, Greece and Czech Republic, characteristics of electronic fiscal cash registers, actions and documents required for technical approval;
  • proposal of technical norms for electronic fiscal cash registers with electronic diary (which are also found in the draft normative acts submitted to public debate);
  • procedure for approving electronic fiscal cash registers;
  • development of a prototype online registration system for technical approval, available online for technicians of the technical approval laboratory of electronic fiscal cash registers.
