General objectives of the project

  • Harmonising cybersecurity policies and regulations across civilian and defence sectors
  • Collaborative research and development (R&D) initiatives between the civilian and defence sectors

Project description

The project aims to carry out the following activities:

  • Creating, gathering, enhancing, and disseminating vital cybersecurity knowledge, best practices, and innovative strategies to civilians and militaries
  • Ensuring that the European Digital Single Market remains resilient against potential threats, thereby fostering digital transformation
  • Advancing a unified culture bridging civilian and 3 military facets of cybersecurity
  • Disseminating results from various E.U. initiatives backed by the European Defence Agency, the European Defence Fund, Horizon Europe, The Digital Europe Programme, etc.

Short description

The purpose of the project is to create a synergistic framework that bridges the cybersecurity capabilities of the civilian and defence sectors in the European Union, by fostering dialogue, sharing research, enhancing knowledge, and encouraging collaborations on critical European cybersecurity issues relevant to both civilian and defence spheres in the European Union.
