The National Institute for Research and Development in Informatics - ICI Bucharest marked the World Telecommunications and Information Society Day with the workshop "Communications for the Future: Innovation and Research in the Digital Era" held on Friday, May 17, 2024, at the Palace of the Parliament.
On Wednesday, May 15, 2024, ICI Bucharest participated in the Round Table “Kazakhstan: on the Way of Progressive Reforms. A New Chapter in Romania-Kazakhstan Cooperation”, organised by MEPEI (The Middle East Political and Economic Institute) and EuroDefense Romania, in partnership with the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan to Romania.
The National Institute for Informatics Research and Development—ICI Bucharest participated in the "Romania of Knowledge" project launch on Tuesday, May 14, 2024, in the Central University Library "Carol I" in Bucharest.
During May 14-15, 2024, ICI Bucharest is represented by Adrian-Victor Vevera, the director general of the institute, at the international conference "The Impact of Informational Interferences on Democratic Processes/Elections", organised by the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the General Directorate of Internal Protection.
Today, May 13, 2024, Adrian-Victor Vevera, the general director of ICI Bucharest, participated as a speaker at the 7th edition of Newsweek IT&C Summit 2024. The event was organised by Newsweek Romania, with the theme "Resilience in Cyber Security - Approaches and Solutions for a Secure Digital Environment".
The National Institute for Research and Development in Informatics (ICI Bucharest) participated in the International Business Forum held on May 9-10, 2024, in Timișoara. The event was organized by the Timiș Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture and represented one of the most significant business events in the Romanian and European chamber system.
