The sixth European Ministerial Conference on eGovernment - "Borderless eGovernment Services for Europeans" took place in Poznan, Poland, on 17-18 November 2011. Specialists from the European Union, the United States of America, Asia, and UNESCO experts were invited to provide talks on the development of eGovernment services during this conference.
