The second edition of the Digital Innovation Summit Bucharest (DISB) ended today, April 11, 2025, after four intense days of strategic dialogue, technological innovation and international partnerships, which confirmed Romania's role as a regional hub for digital transformation and cybersecurity.
Organized by the National Institute for Research and Development in Informatics - ICI Bucharest, the event brought together over 2,000 participants from over 30 countries: government decision-makers, industry leaders, security experts and innovators in the field of emerging technologies.

All these initiatives mark the beginning of a new model of digital identity.
The Palace of the Parliament hosted strategic debates during the first edition of the Blockchain Intelligence Forum, conferences on digital education, and the launch of the ENKIVERS project, a European initiative to protect visual concepts through technology. Cybersecurity exercises and the annual EURODEFENSE meeting underlined the commitment to a resilient and collaborative cyber defence ecosystem.
