"HPC – High Performance Computing in Romania: perspectives, challenges and opportunities"

On Tuesday, October 12, 2021, the event “HPC - High Performance Computing in Romania: perspectives, challenges and opportunities” took place, organized by ICI Bucharest within the EuroCC project.

Through the event, ICI Bucharest aimed to inform key players in Romania about the latest technologies, demonstrating the applicability of HPC in three important sectors: business, academia and public administration.

On June 22, 2026, the sixth edition of the Belt and Road Initiative Think Tank Conference, organised by the Belt and Road Institute, took place in Belgrade, under the theme "Geopolitical Notes of the Contemporary World: Music or Alarm?". The event brought together researchers, experts and decision-makers interested in recent geopolitical developments, digital cooperation and the role of artificial intelligence in international relations.

ICI Bucharest participated on Tuesday, June 23, 2026, in the “Future Energy Europe Summit”, an event organized by Club Antreprenor and Ziarul Pozitiv. The 6th edition of this summit was held at the Palace of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Bucharest, bringing together government leaders, regulatory authorities, energy company representatives, and researchers, thereby creating a framework for dialogue between the public and private sectors.
