ICI Bucharest and Timiș County Council signed the contract for the development and implementation of an integrated digital platform

Today, February 4th 2022, the National Institute for Research and Development in Informatics (ICI Bucharest) through the General Director, Mr. Victor Vevera, and the Timiș County Council (CJ Timiș) through the Public Administrator, Mr. Marian Vasile, signed the contract for the development and implementation of an integrated digital platform.

The object of the contract is to optimize the administrative procedures within the Timiș County Council, by transposing in the digital environment the information, flows and documents used in the current activity.

The main modules of the platform are those of document management and digital registration, flow management, digital archive, administration, business intelligence - which will provide performance and result indicators, so that, at the managerial level, the best decisions can be made, as well as the functional interface module through which certain public data will be made available to companies/organizations, allowing them to implement their own applications.

ICI Bucharest will take care of the entire process, from requirements analysis, design, coding, integration, testing, installation, configuration, to commissioning and staff training, as well as the provision of maintenance services during the warranty period.

"I am glad that the offer submitted by our team was declared the winning one, thus proving once again the fact that ICI Bucharest is the most important institute in the field of research, development and innovation in information and communication technology Romania. I am confident that we will have a fruitful collaboration with the members of the Timiș County Council, and the platform will be of great help both to the people from the local administration and to the citizens who are the main beneficiaries of the <<paperless>> way of working,” said Mr. Victor Vevera, General Director of the National Institute for Research and Development in Informatics.
