ICI Bucharest, as a partner within the BSC AI Factory, participated in the opening event of the AI:AT Coworking Hub, organized by AI Factory Austria (AI:AT) at SOLARIS Vienna, followed by a meeting dedicated to the European AI ecosystem.
The event brought together approximately 300 representatives from business, research, and public administration, as well as members of the AI:AT consortium and other European AI Factories. Discussions focused on the development of AI capabilities at national and European levels, access to the EuroHPC infrastructure, and examples of implementing artificial intelligence applications.
The program included contributions from AI:AT coordinators and representatives of Austrian authorities, as well as panel discussions dedicated to infrastructure, technology transfer, and European cooperation. During the session “AI Factories in the Network,” representatives of several AI Factories presented organizational models and experiences from Member States.
ICI Bucharest’s participation contributed to the exchange of information on implementation models, infrastructure access, and cooperation between national ecosystems. Engagement in such initiatives supports European-level coordination in the field of artificial intelligence and the use of HPC infrastructures for research and innovation projects.
