The National Institute for Research and Development in Informatics - ICI Bucharest, together with the Embassy of Israel in Romania, the Israel Export Institute, and the Ministry of Economy and Industry - Foreign Trade Administration, organized "Sustainable Innovation: Israeli renewable energy solutions," today, May 3, 2023, at the headquarters of ICI Bucharest.
The event's purpose was to bring together experts and entrepreneurs from Israel and Romania to explore the latest advances and solutions in the field of renewable energy. It consisted of presentations on the energy sector in Israel, innovations and challenges of the energy market in Israel, as well as presentations of solutions supported by Gencell, Brenmiller Energy, Eco Wave Power, QD-SOL, and Electriq.
The opening remarks were given by H.E. Reuven Azar, Ambassador of Israel in Romania, Mrs. Avigail Shtamler Paz, Head of the Economic and Trade Mission of Israel in Romania, and Mr. Adrian-Victor Vevera, General Director of ICI Bucharest.
