ICI Bucharest participated in the 2nd edition of the "Construction and Real Estate Entrepreneurs Forum"

ICI Bucharest participated on Thursday, May 15, 2025, in the 2nd edition of the "Construction and Real Estate Entrepreneurs Forum" conference, organised by Club Antreprenor and Ziarul Pozitiv.

The forum brought together important actors from the fields of construction, real estate, finance and public administration, providing an essential framework for debating the most pressing issues in the industry: development prospects in the next two years, financing the construction sector, the impact of investments from the PNRR and the Anghel Saligny Program, digitalisation, the transition to sustainable buildings (NZEB/ZEB), but also the issue of urban regulations.

ICI Bucharest's participation highlighted the institute's commitment to the process of digitalisation and technological innovation in the construction field, by discussing digital solutions and applied research that can contribute to streamlining processes, increasing transparency and supporting sustainability in urban development. The event also offered the opportunity to strengthen partnerships between the public and private sectors, as well as between research and entrepreneurship, with the aim of supporting strategic projects that respond to current challenges in the industry.
