ICI Bucharest participated in the Skills (R)Evolution Conference 2026
During April 20–21, 2026, the National Institute for Research and Development in Informatics – ICI Bucharest participated in the Skills (R)Evolution Conference 2026.
Between October 27-28, 2022, the National Institute for Research and Development in Informatics - ICI Bucharest participated in the conference organized by the Romanian National Cybersecurity Directorate - Bucharest Cybersecurity Conference.
During the event, Adrian-Victor Vevera, the general director of the institute, discussed the promotion of Romanian initiatives in the cyber field, both in the academic area, hubs, and in areas such as research and cloud.
The "Romanian initiatives in cybersecurity" panel was moderated by Radu Stănescu, Governing Board Alternate of The European Cybersecurity Competence Centre. The other speakers who participated in the panel discussions were Gabriel David, Head Division of Special Telecommunication Service, Cosmin Anghel Cyber Security Director, Nuclearelectrica, Sorin Mirițescu, Research and Development Director, SAFETECH INNOVATIONS SA, Vladimir Ester, ClusterPower Technical Director, and Lior Michelzon, Director for Secure DevOps, HCL Software.
The event is a continuation of the #CERTCON conference series, in which ICI Bucharest was happy to participate and make a significant contribution to the field of cyber security in Romania
