ICI Bucharest participated in the Conference "The Final Report of the International Commission for the Study of the Holocaust in Romania "Elie Wiesel""

ICI Bucharest, as a member of the Working Group on the National Strategy for preventing and combating anti-Semitism, xenophobia, radicalization and hate speech, participated in the conference "The Final Report of the International Commission for the Study of the Holocaust in Romania "Elie Wiesel", which took place on Tuesday, November 5, 2024 at Victoria Palace. The event was organized by the Chancellery of the Prime Minister, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the National Institute for the Study of the Holocaust in Romania "Elie Wiesel".

This conference was attended by experts and representatives of the authorities, who emphasized the impact of the Final Report of the International Commission for the Study of the Holocaust in Romania, published two decades ago, on public policies in Romania.

ICI Bucharest reaffirms its commitment to supporting the efforts to document, digitize, and make relevant historical information accessible, thus contributing to the efforts of the Romanian state to build a society based on truth, empathy, and respect for diversity.
