ICI Bucharest participated in the "Geospace World 2026" conference
ICI Bucharest participated in the "Geospace World" conference, organised by Geospace World in Brașov, between June 17 and 19, 2026, to mark the 22nd edition of the event.
A delegation of the National Institute for Research and Development in Informatics (ICI Bucharest) participated together with the National Cyber Security Directorate between November 1-2, 2022, at the Global Cybersecurity Forum (GCF 2023) with the theme "Charting Shared Priorities in Cyberspace", in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
GCF 2023 aimed to expand dialogue on the various challenges and opportunities in cyberspace, promote knowledge generation and drive collaborative efforts. The forum was divided into five sub-themes: Cyberspace Amidst Polycrisis, Cyber Growth Unlocked, Across Cyber Divides, Inside Cyber Minds and Emerging Cyber Horizons.
The event brought together leading experts from government, the private sector, civil society and academia to catalyze socio-economic change towards a safer cyberspace and advance the global cyber security agenda.
On the sidelines of the event, ICI Bucharest representatives paid a working visit to the headquarters of the Digital Cooperation Organization, where they discussed the transformative power that technology has in shaping the lives of societies, economies and individuals.

The National Institute for Research and Development in Informatics – ICI Bucharest was present at the Iași Urban Mobility Summit 2026, which took place June 18-19, 2026, organised by the ARSC - Romanian Association for Smart City and supported by the national platform ROPAT.ro.
