ICI Bucharest participated in the "Green Futures, Promoting Local Development" conference, which was organised within the NORO GREEN CITIES project. The project, part of a Romanian-Norwegian consortium within the CITI Cluster, obtained non-refundable funding from Innovation Norway to implement innovative solutions in the "smart city" field.
The event, held on November 20, 2024, at the Central Library of the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest, brought together experts, decision-makers and representatives of the academic and private environment from Romania and Norway. The conference provided a valuable platform for promoting collaboration in urban sustainability, exploring grant opportunities and initiating joint projects in the smart city sector.
ICI Bucharest, as a CITI Cluster member, actively contributes to developing solutions that will contribute to transforming cities into more sustainable, efficient and resilient communities. The NORO GREEN CITIES project aims to create an ecosystem of cooperation between Romanian and Norwegian organisations, emphasising digitisation, energy efficiency and responsible urban development.
