ICI Bucharest participated, between February 4-5, 2025, at The Kick-off Meeting (KoM) of the IAMI Project, held at the Faculty of Economics and Management of the Czech University of Life Sciences in Prague. This meeting marked an important step in the start of the project, bringing together all consortium members to lay the foundations for collaboration and plan future stages.
IAMI is a project that aims to transform how entities are identified and managed in security, intelligence and investigations. Traditional identification methods face significant limitations, including scalability, accuracy and adaptability issues. The project proposes an approach based on advanced software with artificial intelligence (AI) to overcome these obstacles.
Through the collaboration between ICI Bucharest and European partners, the IAMI project will contribute to developing state-of-the-art technologies designed to support law enforcement organizations (LEAs) and security institutions in the European Union, providing them with advanced intelligence, investigation and forensic capabilities.
The IAMI consortium brings together 18 prestigious organizations from various fields, including academic institutions, government organizations and private sector entities, each contributing its specific expertise.
Through its active involvement in the IAMI project, ICI Bucharest reaffirms its commitment to contributing to developing advanced technological solutions for security, intelligence and investigations, thus supporting the transition towards a safer and more efficient European ecosystem.
