The National Institute for Research and Development in Informatics - ICI Bucharest participated on Tuesday, June 18, 2024, in the RO EDF Info Day 2024 event, organized at the headquarters of the "Ferdinand I" Military Technical Academy. The event, dedicated to informing legal entities in Romania about the European initiative European Defense Fund (EDF), provided an essential platform for discussions and collaborations in the field of defence technologies and equipment.
The representatives of ICI Bucharest, together with numerous participants from the SME sector, mid-cap companies, universities and research institutes, benefited from valuable information about the funding opportunities offered by the European Commission for projects in the defence sector. The event was marked by detailed presentations and question and answer sessions that facilitated understanding of the programs available.
