On Thursday, November 13, 2025, ICI Bucharest participated in the fifth edition of the ZF HR Conference, an event organised by Ziarul Financiar and dedicated to human resources professionals. The conference brought together HR leaders, consultants, recruitment specialists and representatives of large companies in Romania. This year's edition, held under the theme "Budgets, people and efficiency. From pressure to progress - how we build strong organisations in 2026", addressed the main challenges that companies face in the current economic context: tax increases, fiscal changes, pressure on salary costs and the need to optimise internal processes. Participants analysed how recent transformations are influencing salary policies, employee retention and recruitment strategies, as well as labour market dynamics, marked by labour shortages across several sectors and the integration of Generation Z employees. Discussions also focused on the impact of digitalisation and artificial intelligence-based technologies on HR processes.
