ICI Bucharest participates in the "2023 Romanian Military Thinking" Conference

Between November 14-16, 2023, ICI Bucharest is participating in the 2023 "Romanian Military Thinking" Conference, organized by the Defence Staff, in the context of the anniversary of 164 years since the establishment of the Defence Staff.

The theme of this year's edition is Resilience, the development of military capabilities and cooperation at the NATO-EU level for the realization of a security strategy in the Black Sea, the main topics covered being intelligence and security, military theory and art, defence resources management and military history.

The purpose of the event is to address, through the presentation and publication of scientific articles, the issue of national security and defence, the conference representing a good opportunity for constructive debates between experts in the operational environment, in the military and civilian academic domain, as well as among civilian security analysts, on topical themes relating to the evolution of security at national and international level.
