ICI Bucharest participated as a partner at the anniversary edition of the People Empowering Business Forum & Awards Gala 2024, which is dedicated to recognising excellence and innovation in the business environment.
Now in its 10th edition, this year's event, organised on Tuesday, November 26, 2024, brought together leaders, professionals and organisations that actively contribute to transforming the work environment and developing the business community in Romania.
ICI Bucharest's participation in this event reflects the institute's commitment to supporting innovation and cross-sector collaboration, contributing to creating sustainable and performance-oriented work environments. Through its information technology and digitalisation expertise, ICI Bucharest added value to the discussions, supporting initiatives that transform organisations into more agile and connected entities.
During the forum, participants discussed topics such as creating effective collaboration strategies, analysing the return on investment in operational practices and using data to optimise results, updating key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve the work environment and career development, and creating people- and data-centric organisations.
The gala celebrated the outstanding achievements of leaders and teams from various sectors of the Romanian economy, highlighting the best professionals of the moment.

ICI Bucharest participated in the CCIRI Networking Event, organized on November 26, 2024, by The Romania-Israel Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCIRI), in partnership with The Embassy of Israel to Romania and The Economic & Trade Mission of Israel to Romania. The event brought together representatives of the authorities, members of the business environment and research communities from Romania and Israel.
ICI Bucharest was involved in the international workshop "Innovate & Protect: Securing Intellectual Property in Europe's Tech Frontier", organized by CRDF Global on behalf of the United States Department of State in partnership with the Euro-Atlantic Resilience Center.
