ICI Bucharest is present at the third edition of the Euro-Atlantic Resilience Forum (EARF 2024), an event that takes place between October 16 and 18, 2024, in Bucharest. Organized by the Euro-Atlantic Center for Resilience, EARF2024 brings together renowned experts worldwide to discuss the current challenges of resilience in various key sectors such as energy, cities, society, defence and transport.
The event's official opening took place on Wednesday, October 16, 2024, at the Bucharest National Opera, enjoying the presence of famous personalities from Romania, representatives of NATO, the EU, and other international institutions and organizations. Next, the forum's work will take place at the Parliament Palace on October 17 and 18, 2024.
ICI Bucharest will actively contribute to the panels, bringing its expertise in cyber security and emerging technologies to address issues related to digital resilience. With a special interest in technological solutions that support society's resilience and critical infrastructures, ICI Bucharest is involved in discussions aimed at protecting IT systems and adaptability to new cyber threats.
This year's forum aims to help strengthen international cooperation in the face of emerging risks and threats, including a special focus on civil-military collaboration. This edition has a global dimension, bringing together representatives from the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Poland, Japan and other nations to support an international dialogue on pressing resilience issues.
