ICI Bucharest, through Adrian-Victor Vevera, the general director, participates in the 23rd edition of the Berlin Security Conference (BSC), one of the most important events in Europe dedicated to security and defence policy, which takes place between November 19-20, 2024.
BSC represents an opportunity for dialogue and exchange of expertise between representatives of national parliaments, European institutions, NATO, the business environment and military and security organizations. This year's central theme addresses the challenges and effects of the conflict in Ukraine on the European Union, NATO and the OSCE, as well as the relevance of new members Sweden and Finland in strengthening defence in Northern and Central Europe.
Adrian-Victor Vevera, the general director of ICI Bucharest, will contribute to the high-level debates on essential topics such as cyber security, the defence of critical infrastructures and the impact of technological innovation on regional and global security.
Among the points of interest of the conference are presentations and panels held by more than 140 experts from around the world, discussions on the impact of regional conflicts, including the situation in the Middle East, on global security, an exhibition dedicated to advanced technological solutions in the field of defence.
