The National Institute for Research and Development in Informatics - ICI Bucharest participated on Tuesday, July 7, 2026, as a partner, in the "Movers & Shakers" gala, organized by the MediaUno Press Group, the Department for Sustainable Development, the National Institute of Statistics and the MediaUno Association, at the Royal Palace in Bucharest.
On this occasion, special awards and distinctions were awarded to representatives from different sectors of activity. The distinction for professionalism and contribution to the promotion of quality journalism and credible information was presented by Dr Eng. Adrian-Victor Vevera, General Director of ICI Bucharest, to Mrs Claudia Victoria Nicolae, General Director of the National Press Agency AGERPRES.
Now in its 38th edition, the gala brought together representatives from the administration, business, research, culture, media, defense and security sectors. At the same time, the "Movers & Shakers" 2026 yearbook was officially launched. It highlights leaders and professionals who, through their work, contribute to important areas of Romanian society.
