ICI Bucharest actively participated in the 12th edition of the International Conference on e-Health and Bioengineering (EHB 2024), held between November 14-15, 2024, in a hybrid format in Iași, Romania.
The ICI Bucharest delegation contributed significantly to the event by presenting innovative research works, which reflect the institution's commitment to promoting technological advances in the field of digital health. The papers presented by ICI researchers include "Enhancing Health Monitoring Security: A Robust Solution with Automated Periodic Re-Authentication", "Design and Development of Comprehensive Health Tracking Devices for Enhanced Health Monitoring", "Emotion Detection from Face Images Using Deep Learning Techniques" and "Emotional Health Monitoring as a Key Module within the NeuroPredict Platform".
The papers presented will be published in the conference volumes, indexed by IEEE Xplore or Springer Nature and proposed for inclusion in the Clarivate Analytics Web of Science Core Collection.
EHB 2024 was organized by Grigore T. Popa University of Medicine and Pharmacy of Iaşi / Faculty of Medical Bioengineering, International Society for Digital Health and Education, Romanian Society of Medical Bioengineering, and co-organized by the Institute of Computer Science of Romanian Academy - Iasi Branch.
The event promotes advanced technologies in e-health, medical devices, biosignal and image processing, biomechanics and bioinformatics, exploring modern challenges in medicine such as non-invasive diagnostics and treatments, intelligent rehabilitation systems and telemedicine solutions, bringing together specialists and innovators in health and biomedical engineering.
