ICI Bucharest was present at the "TechCo For a digital Sunrise" conference, which took place in Cluj-Napoca, today, June 19, 2023.
During the event, Carmen-Elena Cîrnu, scientific director of ICI Bucharest, moderated the session with the theme "Innovative start-ups in emerging technologies - Collaboration to support Deep Tech start-ups in fields such as telecommunications, AI, data science, blockchain, AR and VR technologies. The panel explored how innovative solutions brought by start-ups can influence the telecommunications ecosystem and the role of telecommunications in supporting innovations in the market. At the same time, ICI Bucharest had speaking representatives during the conference sessions.
The event was organized by the National Authority for Communications Administration and Regulation (ANCOM) on the sidelines of the first edition of the Romanian-Japanese Innovation Forum, which takes place on June 19-20, 2023. It brought together high-level representatives of the public sector from the two states, of local authorities, of the private sector and the academic environment, addressing topics in areas such as telecommunications, cyber security and innovations in the public and private sectors.
The Romanian-Japanese Innovation Forum aims to strengthen collaboration between the two states in the field of ICT and, at the same time, to create the innovative potential and resources of the Romanian public and private sector community in the area, open to partnership with entities from Japan with technological achievements recognized at a global level.
