ICI Bucharest's participation in the Round Table "Current challenges to global and national security"

ICI Bucharest was present on Thursday, June 20, 2024, at the "Current challenges to global and national security" round table. The event was organized by the Academy of Romanian Scientists and brought together experts and leaders from various fields to discuss contemporary security challenges.

"Given that cyber threats are becoming increasingly sophisticated, a multidisciplinary approach and close cooperation between institutions, experts and decision-makers is necessary. ICI Bucharest is dedicated to developing innovative solutions for cyber security and protecting critical infrastructures, thus contributing to the increase of national resilience while promoting education and awareness in these essential fields," said Adrian-Victor Vevera, general director of ICI Bucharest.

The debates addressed essential topics such as cyber security, the protection of critical infrastructures, the response to hybrid threats and the importance of international collaboration in managing emerging risks.

Participation in this event underlines the institute's commitment to actively contribute to identifying and addressing risks and threats to national and global security in a period marked by rapid and complex transformations.
