The Workshop "Online public services in the context of smart governance" took place on November 14, 2019 at ICI Bucharest, and was organized to disseminate Project 75 / 19.06.2018 "Study on intelligent behavioral analysis systems (institutional and user level) on public services online" from the Sectorial Research-Development Plan in the "Digital Agenda for Romania" program.
The event featured an interactive debate about the current condition of online public services, as well as a scientific event hosted by the project and a presentation of the project's first two stages' outcomes.
The workshop was divided into two sections:
The presentations were followed by interactive debates and an exchange of experiences with authorities who had already implemented online services for citizens, based on which observations and conclusions were drawn about the level of acceptance and interaction, as well as the challenges and outcomes of digital communication between state administration and citizens. New technologies are being used to mediate the situation.
