The National Institute for Research and Development in Informatics – ICI Bucharest participated in Global AI Cities 2026, an event held in Manchester, UK, dedicated to the role that artificial intelligence already has in public administration and in preparing cities for the increasingly present risks in the digital environment.
ICI Bucharest was a partner of the 6th edition of TELECOM '26: Telecommunications in the era of artificial intelligence and cybersecurity, an event organised by Finmedia and the Financial Market magazine, which brought together authorities, operators and top manufacturers in the industry.

The National Institute for Research and Development in Informatics – ICI Bucharest, through Adrian-Victor Vevera, general director, held a working meeting with Arthur Bataille, founder and CEO of Neverhack, and members of his team. The discussions focused on areas in which the two organizations could collaborate, especially regarding cybersecurity, the protection of critical infrastructures and the development of applied projects.
