The National Institute for Research and Development in Informatics – ICI Bucharest has been awarded the HR Excellence in Research distinction by the European Commission. This recognition is granted to organizations that adopt and implement the principles of the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers through the Human Resources Strategy for Researchers (HRS4R).
