Collaboration Protocol with Calea Europeană

The National Institute for Research and Development in Informatics ICI Bucharest is pleased to announce the collaboration with Calea Europeană, reaffirming its commitment to innovation and cutting-edge research. Through this strategic partnership, Calea Europeană represented by the publication director, Dan Cărbunaru, and the editor-in-chief, Robert Lupițu, joins the project initially initiated by ICI Bucharest in collaboration with Agerpres and Romfilatelia.

The research and technological development project proposed by these four institutions have as its central objective the exploration of ways in which distributed blockchain technologies and crypto assets (NFTs) can become essential tools for the distribution of news and information in the era of new technologies. This initiative focuses on facilitating universal access to information, with a central focus on the younger generation and those immersed in the digital space.

Adrian-Victor Vevera, the General Director of ICI Bucharest, enthusiastically states: "The conclusion of this collaboration protocol with Calea Europeană represents a special moment for ICI Bucharest, consolidating our commitment in the field of research and technological development.
