FutureBanking.ro is organizing a new edition of Future Banking Summit, the annual event dedicated to digital transformations in banking and fintech, supported by ICI Bucharest, in Brașov on October 9-10. This year, it brings an expanded focus on technologies that enable financial companies to scale in the region and brings together, for two days, in a relaxed setting, over 50 international and local speakers, along with hundreds of financial professionals. Participants will have access to over 30 essential topics, focusing on the challenges and opportunities that influence the evolution of the financial sector, companies and consumers.
In 2025, Future Banking Summit aims to analyze the next stage of the transformation of the financial sector, focusing on scalability and regional expansion, alongside the most important industry experts. The event will address topics such as macro-financial stability, the resilience of the Romanian banking system and strategies for adapting to an uncertain economic climate. Innovation remains a central pillar of the discussions, but the focus will be on concrete and efficient solutions, designed to support both financial companies and those outside the sector in optimizing operations and economic performance.
The main theme of the Future Banking Summit 2025, “The evolution of banking beyond digital”, will analyze the transformation of financial services towards a fully integrated ecosystem, supported by artificial intelligence, and during the event, participants will have access to debates and presentations by experts, which will address both technological perspectives and economic and regulatory strategies relevant to the financial environment.
Representatives of the most important commercial banks in Romania will take the stage at the Future Banking Summit 2025: Ștefan Toderiță (Mastercard), Tolga Banyocu (Garanti BBVA Romania), Vlad Camburu (BRD), being just a few of the names that will take the stage.
