The memory of the victory on October 25, 1944, when the Romanian Army definitively won the battle for the liberation of Transylvania from the Horthyist occupation, remains deeply imprinted in our memory.
We mark this day as a celebration of the heroes who, over time, gave their lives to defend the Romanian state's national unity and territorial integrity.
Tribute to the war veterans who fought for us to live today in a free, sovereign and independent country.
My respects and thoughts of gratitude to all who wear the military uniform!
