How can an organization demonstrate that its artificial intelligence systems comply with the EU AI Act? What documents and evidence are required, and how can an organization explain how an AI system reached a particular decision? These are some of the questions that will be addressed during the online workshop “From AI Governance to Evidence: Demonstrating EU AI Act Compliance”, organized by the National Institute for Research and Development in Informatics – ICI Bucharest, on Tuesday, 17 November 2026, from 10:00 to 12:00 (Romanian time), as part of the European BSC AI Factory project.
The workshop will explore the connection between AI governance, decision-making processes, and the documentation needed to demonstrate compliance. Participants will have the opportunity to attend a practical demonstration showing how AI system decisions can be documented and explained. The programme will also include an introduction to BSC AI Factory and related initiatives, as well as a Q&A session where participants can discuss practical aspects of implementing EU AI Act requirements.
The workshop will take place online, in English. Prior registration is required.
