Students from Athens visited ICI Bucharest as part of the ERASMUS+ program

ICI Bucharest received on Thursday, December 11, 2025, a visit from a group of students and teachers from The 8th Laboratory Center of Athens, Greece, participants in the ERASMUS+ program, carried out in Romania between December 1–14, 2025.

During the visit to ICI Bucharest, the students participated in interactive activities in the Metavers Laboratory, where they explored virtual reality applications and immersive digital environments, and in the robotics laboratory, where they tested robots and learned more about programming and their use in practical contexts.

In the Metavers Laboratory, the students were placed in a simulated emergency scenario in which they had to follow a virtual search for clues, identify a solution to overcome obstacles within a limited time, and practice attention, spatial orientation, and quick decision-making in a controlled digital environment.

Through this activity, ICI Bucharest aimed to illustrate how emerging technologies can support educational processes by developing digital skills, critical thinking, and the ability to respond in complex situations.

The visit of students and teachers from Greece to ICI Bucharest was part of the ERASMUS+ program's objectives to promote international cooperation in education, exchange good practices, and guide students towards new professions and future digital skills.
