ICI Bucharest was present at the M100 Climate Neutrality Convention 2025

ICI Bucharest participated from 27 to 28 November 2025 at the M100 Climate Neutrality Convention, held at the “Ion Mincu” University of Architecture and Urbanism in Bucharest. The event marks the central moment of the M100 initiative, dedicated to supporting the ten cities in Romania in their transition towards climate neutrality by finalising Climate City Contracts and granting the official M100 label.

The convention brings together representatives of the European Commission, the Romanian Government, local and regional administrations, international experts, and civic organisations to discuss the coherence of public policies, multi-level governance, financing the green transition, and urban innovation solutions. In this framework, ICI Bucharest contributes expertise in digitalisation, data analysis, and emerging technologies to support the implementation of the measures outlined in the Climate City Contracts.

The M100 Convention for Climate Neutrality 2025 is organised by UEFISCDI, in partnership with the "Ion Mincu" University of Architecture and Urbanism, Bucharest, and marks the transition from strategy to implementation on the path towards climate neutrality by 2035.
