Every autumn, important representatives of Romanian education gather for two days under the auspices of the National Conference on Virtual Learning – CNIV, a traditional academic event that takes place in conjunction with the International Conference on Virtual Learning – ICVL, where participants from other countries are also invited.

The CNIV & ICVL phenomenon brings to the attention of those interested in Romanian and international virtual education projects and scientific research inspired by educational trends in eLearning. CNIV offers all actors involved in education the possibility to exchange experiences, creates opportunities for future joint projects, being a real and creative community for the stimulation of virtual education.

CNIV and ICVL are scientific events promoting innovative technologies and methodologies in education, research and lifelong improvement, both in the pre-university and university milieu, and in the economic sector, too. The two projects promote implementation of modern ideas in education and life-long training, encourage and promote teamwork and collaborative activities, scientific methods and experiments, creative thinking and intuition, arguing, and proving.
