ICI Publications operates within the National Institute for Research & Development in Informatics – ICI Bucharest and constantly deals with the dissemination of research results conducted by experts from areas such as: information technology, automation, applied informatics, automatic control, robotics, modeling, simulation, optimization, cyber security and critical infrastructure protection, cyber diplomacy, blockchain, etc., among the scientific community at national and international level.
ICI Publications has the following objectives:
- to publish scientific publications and materials with informative character;
- to ensure an effective support for the research, development and innovation activity carried out in ICI, by facilitating the publication of scientific achievements in its own journals;
- to objectively reflect the achievements of ICI Bucharest in research and innovation area;
- to ensure a competitive advantage for the institute, at national and international level, by publishing high-value scientific materials;
- to contribute to increasing the scientific prestige of the researchers, PhD students and experts from the area, both in the country and abroad;
- to register the scientific journals published by ICI on various international scientific platforms with the aim of increasing their visibility at national and international level.
Studies in Informatics and Control journal, The Romanian Journal of Information Technology and Automatic Control, Romanian Cyber Security Journal and International Journal of Cyber Diplomacy are published under the auspices of ICI Publications, both in print and online format, as well as other scientific works in the area of activity of the institute.
