ICI Bucharest was present at the fourth edition of the "Romanian Sustainability Forum", organized by Financial Intelligence on Tuesday, February 11, 2025. The event brought together experts in the field of sustainability, representatives of public and private institutions, and decision-makers involved in implementing the new European regulations on corporate sustainability reporting.
ICI Bucharest representatives highlighted how digitalization can support companies' transition to a sustainable business model. Through research and projects, the institute aims to help organizations adopt efficient digital solutions to comply with the new European standards.
Topics addressed during the forum included the challenges and solutions of implementing the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), the importance of green financial instruments, the integration of climate risks into financial and supervisory strategies, as well as the impact of public policies in accelerating the transition to a sustainable economy.
