ICI Bucharest participates in the CEE Security Forum

ICI Bucharest participates in the CEE Security Forum, held in Warsaw, Poland, from 16 to 17 June 2025. The conference is dedicated to addressing current and future security challenges in a rapidly evolving geopolitical and technological landscape.

ICI Bucharest's representation at the event was ensured by participating in the panel "Cyber Threats – The Future That Has Arrived. How to Ensure Peace in Cyber Space?". This panel brought together international experts in the field of cybersecurity to analyse the pressing challenges in the digital space, as well as possible solutions to strengthen peace and stability in the cyber environment. The discussions focused on the degree of preparedness of national security systems, the integrated actions necessary to protect critical infrastructures, and the essential role of NATO in this joint effort.

Participation alongside specialists from Poland, Italy, and Ukraine underscored ICI Bucharest's commitment to actively contributing to the international dialogue on digital security and leveraging its expertise in support of cross-border cooperation in the IT&C field.
The CEE Security Forum is organised by the Institute for Eastern Studies, the organiser of the Karpacz Economic Forum, in which ICI Bucharest participated, in collaboration with the Polish Ministry of National Defence. The event brings together leaders from governments, international organisations, academia, and the private sector from Europe and the United States.
