ICI Bucharest was present today, June 12, 2025, at the 2025 Mayors' Summit, organised at the Palace of Culture in Iași, an event dedicated to innovation and good governance in local public administration.

The Summit, organised by Ghidul Primăriilor, brought together representatives from central and local authorities, as well as business experts and leaders from the technology sector. The main theme of this year's edition focused on concrete ways in which local communities can become more resilient, sustainable and digitalised.

Dr. Eng. Adrian-Victor Vevera, General Director of ICI Bucharest, was invited as a speaker in the panel "Critical Infrastructures and Public–Private Partnerships: Building Resilience and Stimulating Innovation", where he highlighted the importance of collaboration between public institutions and the research sector in the process of modernising local administration.

"The digitalisation of public administration is no longer a perspective objective, but a strategic urgency. ICI Bucharest is the trusted partner of local authorities in this transformation process, providing technological expertise, cybersecurity solutions and advanced digital platforms. Our participation in the Mayors' Summit reflects our commitment to building, together with local authorities and private sector partners, a resilient, innovative and citizen-oriented public administration", said Dr. Eng. Adrian Victor Vevera, General Director of ICI Bucharest.

The event offered participants the opportunity to analyse relevant case studies, identify smart solutions for urban development and strengthen essential partnerships between the administration, academia and the private sector. The Summit thus remains a platform for dialogue on the future of public administration in Romania.
