ICI Bucharest researchers attended the "SODA 2018: ACM-SIAM Symposium on Discrete Algorithms" conference - 7-10 January 2018, New Orleans, USA

ICI Bucharest researchers Guillaume DUCOFFE and Alexandru POPA presented a paper entitled "Fully Polynomial Parameterized Algorithms for Classes of bounded clique-width graphs", which proposes innovative "fixed-parameter" algorithms for classical graph theory problems, such as the diameter of a graph, the hyperbolicity of the graphs, the eccentricity of graphs, the shortest cycle length, and the maximum graph coupling.
